TERMS AND CONDITIONS


StripFlip.net does not accept opened boxes, supplies that expire within 2 months of receipt, boxes that have a broken or missing seal, and/or are otherwise compromised in any way; such supplies are donated or destroyed for safety reasons. Using this site means that (1) you confirm you are at least 18 years of age, (2) you declare you are the rightful owner of the items you are selling to StripFlip.net or you have been granted specific legal permission to sell the supplies on behalf of their rightful owner, (3) you agree and confirm that the diabetic test strips you are selling have not been paid for by and/or labeled for Medicare or Medicaid, (4) you agree and understand the differences between values of mail order boxes verses the value of retail versions,  (5) you agree to and understand you will be paid for the items actually received by StripFlip.net, (6) you confirm that selling your diabetes test strips does not alter or deviate from your care,  (7) you understand that no items will be accepted with CE codes, (8) you understand that supplies received in envelopes or bubble packs will be donated, destroyed,or returned, (9) you agree to and understand that StripFlip.net buys only the products listed on StripFlip.net therefore any products you send us that are not listed on our site will be donated, destroyed, or returned and you will NOT be paid, (10) you understand that all information contained and presented on this website or components are exclusively for informational purposes only, StripFlip.net is not to be held responsible or in any way liable for the usefulness, accuracy, or availability of the information that is made available or transmitted from the site and shall not be liable nor responsible for errors, and you agree to and understand that the Terms and Conditions for StripFlip.net could be changed at any time without any notification of the changes, and (11) you agree to and understand that you will not be paid for any supplies you send us that do not meet our Terms and Conditions and authorize us to donate,destroy, or return such supplies. For any products that meet our Terms and Conditions, StripFlip.net agrees to release full payment once we have received your package. 
Any items that do not meet our standards can be returned to you or donated.  Shipping for returning items will be deducted from your total.  Be sure to check on your form whether you would like unaccepted items returned to you or donated.  Please note if all your items need returned, you will be responsible to send a prepaid label to this in order to have them sent back to you.  We allow 2 weeks to receive the return label before we discard or donate the items.
StripFlip.net buys test strips that have an expiration date that is within 2-7 months at half rate.  Any Boxes that have damage are also half rate as long as the seals are still intact.  Damage is, but not limited to, paper tears, cuts, discoloration, bad crushing, marked, etc.

Broken Seals

We do not buy boxes with broken seals or that are expired.  If they are sent in they will be returned, donated, or destroyed.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for www.stripflip.net.  This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. We collect your name, address, phone number and email in order to provide you with updates on your orders, give you up to date pricing, and keep you connected with the diabetic community.  We will not share, sell, or trade any of your information with anyone.  We are the sole owners of the information collected on this www.stripflip.net. We only have access to/collect information that you give us via email,contact form, orders or other direct contact from you. We will not sell this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, whether it be for an order, question, or price update. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our business, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, (i.e.) to ship an order.  Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email/phone/usps  in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Your Access to and Control Over Information     You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:  Change/correct any data we have about you, Delete any data we have about you, Express any concern you have about www.stripflip.net use of your data.
Security      We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as name,address, phone number), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, shipping or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Orders/Contact Questions     We request information from you on our order form. To sell to us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). This information is used for Shipping purposes, to fill your orders, or to answer any questions. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site.  Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site.
